Adding to its portfolio in the Eastern Cape, Premier Hotels & Resorts International will shortly be opening the doors of the Premier Hotel Cascades and the East London International Convention Centre.

The East London International Convention Centre features a 600-seater auditorium and three conference rooms.  Once interlinked this functional venue fan accommodate 1 480 seats.  Additionally, this complex features restaurants, an exhibition area with floor space of 2200m², a press room, and multiple breakaway and boardrooms.
The adjacent five-star Premier Hotel Cascades will comprise of 261 rooms and suites, and will feature both public and VIP lounges, a business centre, restaurant and bar area with an adjacent rim-flow pool and deck area.

Two properties were added to the Kwazulu-Natal portfolio on the third quarter of 2008. The Tuscan-styled resort complex Premier Hotel Edwardian, situated on the Hibiscus Coast of KZN, has 60 air conditioned rooms and facilities that include a guest relations desk, hospitality lounge, concierge services, a business centre and swimming pool.

The Premier Hotel Pinetown is located 18 Kilometres from the Durban CBD and 20 minutes from Durban International Airport.  It offers five air conditioned conference rooms seating up to 150 delegates, a boardroom and break-away rooms.
The Premier Hotel Kynsna – The Moorings will soon be the latest offering of the Western Cape portfolio.  Currently this resort only provides for self catering and as such, Premier Hotels & Resorts International is embarking on an extensive renovation and refurbishment exercise to provide for a restaurant, bar, lounge, reception desk and conferencing facilities that emulate the look and feel synonymous with Premier Hotels & Resorts.
Earthworks have been completed and piling has started at the site of what is currently dubbed Premier Hotel OR Tambo Airport. It will boast 242 room and eight conference rooms, which will seat from 10 to 500 delegates. This four star property will also feature a wellness centre, restaurant, bar and terrace, VIP lounge, a business centre and underground parking.  This exciting project is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2010.
